Who We Are

The Conversation Group is a global consultancy broadly dedicated to the art, science, and practical application of social technologies. We’re enabling organizations around the world to radically scale their ability to discover, engage and collaborate with their constituencies, both inside and outside the enterprise. With offices in the US and Europe, we are helping some of the world’s leading brands — including Best Buy, Verizon Business, Alcatel-Lucent, The Symbian Foundation, and the New York Stock Exchange — to educate, transform, and evolve their organizations to compete more effectively — and more efficiently — in the network economy.

We have five tightly-linked practice areas: strategy, research, communications, process, and technology.
