Best Buy’s leadership team wanted to fundamentally transform their approach to business. The goal was to bring the customer into the heart of the business whilst galvanising the energy, innovation and the collective wisdom of technology savvy employees. Best Buy is a text book example, where new strategies and adoption of new ‘light’ technology quickly gained internal support and excitement, and helped Best Buy deliver excellent customer service practices and involve the most able decision makers in making the right decisions. TCG partnered with Best Buy to help define its social media narrative and strategy, advising on the development of enterprise tools for ideation and collaboration.
