TCG were asked by Reliance Mutual Fund (India) to utilise SM to support and strengthen key business areas and ensure that RMF continued to be positioned as a leader in Funds Markets. The programme kicked off by building and then engaging a strong FB community, educate the community about RMF broader products and services to encourage adoption online. We deployed SociaLocus, our own SM management platform to coordinate and manage all SM activities, identifying target groups and creating apps specifically tailored to meet their needs. Responses to negative posts were professionally managed in a timely manner.
