Social Media Comms Director
Alasdair is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of social media activity for TCG clients. This requires a deep understanding not just of relevant social media platforms but also the internal and external processes behind turning client ambition into reality.
Alasdair has worked in brand communications for over 10 years, cutting his teeth in-house at Dazed & Confused and the ICA before moving to the agency world.
He sent his first Tweet at 13:12 on 26th March 2007 and has been an advocate of social media for business ever since. Most recently he has worked with car-rental giant Avis, training and supporting social media staff across 10 European countries.
Apart from his wife, Alasdair has two things he can’t live without; surfing and cooking. Once he is able to both surf and cook at the same time he will retire.
